ICRC vehicles freely cross the Azerbaijan-Armenia border
Video of the vehicles of the International Committee of the Red Cross carrying Armenian residents of #Karabakh economic zone of Azerbaijan. The cars passed freely through the #Lachin state border checkpoint operating on the Hakari River on the Azerbaijan-Armenia border.
