Such people are selected personalities and leaders with special mission. Great leader Heydar Aliyev was one of such personalities. The life and activity of the Great Leader, as well as his leadership in Azerbaijan, will be placed in the memories of people as the golden age of our history. "
The diplomat also asserted detailed information on the creative work done by our National Leader during the period between 1969 and 1982. He especially underlined Heydar Aliyev's sending two thousand young people to various cities of the USSR for various higher education specialties every year in the 1970s, despite the various obstacles, successful opening of the Military School in Azerbaijan named after Jamshid Nakhchivansky in 1978 and determination of the Azerbaijani language as an official state language in the Constitution. These kind of noble and tireless activities were calculated for the future independence of Azerbaijan.

Our tricolored national flag was first adopted as a national flag in Nakhchivan, the Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis was established and ‘’January 20’’ tragedy got political evaluation for the first time. Soviets’ troops were removed from the Nakhchivan. It was stressed that when returning to power in June 1993, Azerbaijan was in fact a demolished country.
