The memory of World War II hero Mammad (Medo) Mammadov was commemorated in the Netherlands
Ambassador Fikrat Akhundov visited the city of Oisterwijk and met with the Mayor Mr. Janssen, as well as the family of Azerbaijani - Dutch hero of WW2 Mamed Mamedov (Medo), and presented to his daughter Mrs. Nancy Doomen - Mamedov the medal awarded by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev.
